Directions

Step 1: Fill a glass with approximately 150ml of cold water.
Step 2: Pour in sachet contents.
Step 3: stir well and drink straight away

Dosage: Adults and children above 12 years old to take 1 sachet every morning & evening or as prescribed by your doctor, Children 6-12 years old to be taken only at medical advise, to take half to one 5ml teaspoon every morning & evening.
