Description

CANDID Cream, Lotion and Powder have a wide spectrum of activity against dermatophytes (Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton), yeast (Candida and Torulopsis species), mould fungi and other fungi (Aspergillus and Nocardia species, Malassezia furfur, etc.). They can be used with benefit in the following conditions: Tinea Capitis, Tinea Barbae, Tinea Unguim, Tinea Corporis, Tinea Cruris, Tinea Pedis, Tinea Versicolor, Candidal Intertrigo, Candidal Paronychia, Candidal Vulvitis, Candidal Balanitis, Anogenital Candidiasis, Fungal Diaper Dermatitis, Erythrasma.

Ingredients

Clotrimazole USP 1%In water miscible base q.s.Preservatives:Methylparaben BP 0.15%Propylparaben BP 0.05%Benzyl Alcohol BP 1%

Directions

The affected area should be washed and thoroughly dried. CANDID Cream or Lotion is evenly rubbed into the affected area 2-3 times daily.

Treatment should continue 2-4 weeks after the disappearance of all signs of infection to ensure mycological cure and prevent relapse.

CANDID Powder may be used in conjunction with the Cream or Lotion and has been applied to prevent re-infection. It may also be used for protection against the spread of infection by simultaneous application to clothing or footwear.

Store below 25°C, away from direct heat. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use after the expiry date. Discard the Cream, Lotion and Powder upon the expiry date by flushing down the toilet.
