Hyaluronic acid* (0.20%) and PEG:

Directions
1. Twist and pull tab to remove.
2. Place one or two drops in each eye as required.
3. Discard vial. Do not reuse.

Ingredients
Buffered hypotonic solution containing 0.25% polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400), purified water,boric acid, 0.2% sodium hyaluronate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium borate, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride.

Cautionary Instructions
• Store at room temperature (< 25°C)
• Do not swallow solution
• Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients
• Do not use if unit dose container is damaged
• To avoid contamination, do not touch dropper tip to any surface
• Do not allow tip of container to make contact with the eye
• Discard the container immediately after use
• Do not use after the expiry date
• Keep out of reach of children
• NOT for use in lens case
• If irritation develops, discontinue lens wear and consult your eye care practitioner
• Do not use if packaging has been opened or damaged
